the company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. As an employee to the company I found the working environment very helping and supportive. all the seniors are guiding and motivating with good team leaders. most of it work from home facility is there with reasonable working hours.

compensation is decent, but growth is slow. the work pressure is very high

Collaboration is a huge part of creating a productive work environment. When everyone on your team is working together to solve problems and be more efficient. And employees feel good about coming to work every day, and also motivates them constantly to sustain them throughout the day and give their best effort.

This job is remote so somewhere I miss the vibes of office.

Working environment is very friendly and supportive. Everybody in my department guides whenever i needed. Webit makers has relaxed and productive atmosphere. This is my ideal working environment,as I thrive working as a part of a team. I enjoy working with webit makers because i can continue to grow my skills personally and professionally as they everyday give different task to do

Perks are decent but career growth is Quite slow but overall it is good.
