A lot of opportunies to learn new things and skills by working on real-world projects and collaborating with clients from across the globe. There are a lot of things: 1. Not safe for women: Many senior male employees are not good with girls. 2. Favorites gets early appraisals and the hard workers are offered only a 2-3K increment. 3. Nothing to learn just plain nonsense every day.
