The first thing that positively struck me was employees shutting down their machines as soon as work day ended and leaving for home. Employees are encouraged to leave as soon as work day ends and not to take their work home. Due importance is given to work & life balance in true letter and spirit. Although I am quite new in the company, from what I've experienced so far, Salary has always been on time. This is a big plus. There is a no nonsense work culture with a very disciplined environment. You are expected to put in your best while at work and perform well. Seniors are very helpful, patient and always ready to guide. The Management is quite approachable and transparent. On 10th of May 2023 I will complete my thirteen years of experience in Webgrity. Regarding the discipline, timely payment, punctuality etc. I can put our company in the first rank.
