As a fresher webdew company gives you more exposure and greatful insight into corporate world. The management is so perfect here and the authority and responsibilty is equally decentralised here. Regular monitoring of employees ensures their growth plan and are even rewarded for the same. Perfect example of learning and growing together.

Manager is frustrated people work like a robot there. Pls don't join and also, they will give you bond of 2 years. Never join that company who has bond policy. Manger is so freaking frustrated.
