Maybe if management would consider to provide leave on Saturdays would be better.

I feel happy with the overall service provided by the company. Our loan service is a very good approach to customers. During the training period I was able to learn a lot of things. I have developed my communication skills a lot after joining here. Thanks to Capital Finserve for providing me such a wonderful opportunity to work.

At first it was hard to understand things and felt Management was very strict. But as days passed by, I understood everything was for my own good. If management was not strict, I would have not developed or improved my skills. Now I got adapted and Management is very friendly

No positive things to share they only called us and inform there's a vacancy, they only given task, interview and selected all. Working here is truly really awesome, because of great job security. If they hire you and train you they will make sure you stay with them. They offer good training program which is very easy and comfortable to follow. I thank the company from the bottom of my heart for everything they have done.

Even in work from home you are supposed to maintain proper dress code!!!. Because at any time meeting may be conducted. You are supposed to attend all the meetings.

This is a great place to start your career. I have started my career here as fresher. Great exposure. Good infrastructure. Processes are good here. Great training which helps to develop skills. Overall great working experience.

Punctuality is very important here. Initially i felt hard to adapt. But now i got adapted, in fact my regular activities have become punctual after joining here. I've understood that whatever company does is for my good.

It was very challenging at first but as days proceed I started to understand the work and it is very enjoyable. The challenges that i went through increased my confidence.
