I feel very very delighted to work here. My team mates, higher officials and Managers are very supportive. By working here, I'm able to build a good future. Flexible work timings. Company is always open to suggestions. Thank you Capital Finserve for providing such a fabulous opportunity.

At first it was hard to understand things and felt Management was very strict. But as days passed by, I understood everything was for my own good. If management was not strict, I would have not developed or improved my skills. Now I got adapted and Management is very friendly

No positive things to share they only called us and inform there's a vacancy, they only given task, interview and selected all. I'm working as part time in Capital Finserve. I'm studying final year. I don't want to burden my parents. I want to support my parents financially. At that time I got the opportunity to work here. I was very very scared at the beginning. But my Managers, Team leaders support me and guide me so much. They broke all my fear. I have learnt a lot from here. This is a great place to start your career. I have started my career here as fresher. Great exposure. Good infrastructure. Processes are good here. Great training which helps to develop skills. Overall great working experience.

Dislikes

Punctuality is very important here. Initially i felt hard to adapt. But now i got adapted, in fact my regular activities have become punctual after joining here. I've understood that whatever company does is for my good.

I thank Capital finserve for the opportunity to work here. It is an awesome working experience. It was very challenging at first but as days proceed I started to understand the work and it is very enjoyable. The challenges that i went through increased my confidence. I wish and hope that my bond with the company and colleagues remains same forever.

The only suggestion that I would tell the company is they can consider to give leave on alternate Saturdays.
