Compensation is decent,but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes i have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day.

Not at all employee centric company. No extra perks rather then your CTC. Work culture is poor, No motivation. No knowledge sharing practice, dependencies has been already created by seniors from last 15 years. New fresher can join if salary is not a concerned.

Nobody act like a professional. You are supposed to work even after you are sick. Nobody cares for the employees. Lack of technical background managers does not know the difference between a call center and a data center. You are supposed to work even after your working hours. No wonder why everyone wants to leave and no one wants to continue. The only merit for your appraisal is whether you are ready to sign a bond or not. There is nothing in weberks which makes you happy to work. I signed a bond , and it is the worst decision of my life. I request you all freshers, experience please don't join this company, this is a showpiece not a company which makes you feel as a employee, you only feel like labour not an engineer. Your degree dose not matter for them, they can also tell you to clean the floor in datacentre.. please think thrice before joining this. This company dosent have the increment policy. If you are a fresher, it will provide you the immense knowledge of the industry, teach you how to work and give you the opportunities to excel yourself

provide you less salary, office politics and they do not care much about the employee, I mean there is no extra allowance provided by them.

As a fresher I got best chance to learn the things, get the knowledge, manage the client, enhanced my ability by going and handling tough situations.

Working with web werks is not that good as they are just giving a contract which is more then the salary provided and not supporting to anyone. HR are not at all supportive except 1 or 2 Salary appraisals are very poor base on their own decision not depend on work.

Dislikes

Teammates are supportive but TL and managers are not at all supportive. Much politics going in office only those people can survive who can listen to managers No proper appraisals as discuss during interview.
