Micro-management. Need to call sir and mam everyone. No corporate culture. No appraisel for hard work. Once go into company you cant come out. No skill development. They will treat you like slave during 3 months notice period. Will not negotiate even a single day.

First thing is Micro management. Not a good option for people who want a work life balance, forget about timings, forget about weekoffs need to work round the clock which is not good. and no training provided need to learn from mistakes.
