The working environment is good and The management of the company is transparent and the working people are good behaviour and supportive Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Dislikes

The management doesn't address our issues there is a lot of politics. There is a bond of two years before which you can't resign. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job, training is not given to New joinees.

I face a little struggle in the beginning as there was no formal training session.even I learn many things on the job . Overall the job is quite interesting now.

There is nothing which I liked about this company.The design team head is a pathetic person.Her name is Poorti and she never allows anyone to grow.She is very insecure and rude .So many designers came and left company because of her.She is very eccentric .Company's owner is nice but there is no job security here.They will ask you to leave within 6 months.Overall no stable job here.
