The company is currently working on numerous projects and there is a lot of opportunity to explore new design techniques. I am happy to work in collaboration with my team mates

Dislikes

compensation and growth are very slow. Working pressure is very high, i have to work 12 hours a day sometimes late into the night. My strengths and suggestions are not valid.

My work is to draft plans using auto Cad and make presentations of the work done, coordinate with clients and consultants . But i am not getting enough work that will be helpful for my career growth. As long as I get to work closely with the client, it

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
