There is enough scope for growth and learning. You can take challenges into the field of design of structures and there construction. But for those, one has to take the initiatives himself / herself. One has to explore ways to get out of burocracy

Dislikes

Salaries are not at par with centre and many other states. One has to always find ways to get out of burocracy which often comes against fulfillment of targets.
