Overall , always working together as team and delivering products or services on time. The company is always providing training for knowledge growth. I currently do not have job security in this company and the economy of this country is dropping. I am strongly in the market looking an opportunity for career growth. Work environment is greatly appreciated and acceptable. Regardless of my current experience and work responsibilities, the salary range is not aligned as this do not balance with work- life balance....Read More

I am working at Wbho as site manager, by managing approximately 135 employees in my team including subcontractors. Production and developing a culture of zero harm into the job which is a key factor for us.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
