I don't like anything about this company as it was my worst experience working here as a content writer.

Dislikes

Even after completing deadlines and writing every day more than 4k words is also not enough. The HR will tell you the job is not complicated and after that too many salary cutting and the working atmosphere is boring and the team leader is unable to provide clear resolutions for complex files</mark>. I have been working here for two months and I have successfully analysed that the company is good in giving substantial push and further development. As a content writer I have experience further growth of my knowlegde and learning. I am also able to grow my personality, and self-esteem.

Just salary issue bappens sometimes.

It is a good place. It increased my knowledge in the field of computer, it also increased my vocabulary.

Firstly, I feel that the company do not want to retain their employees for a long time. Secondly, instead of giving a solution to the problem, it rather gives a threat to the employees. I recently interviewed with D.E. Shaw, and it turned out to be one of the most draining experiences I’ve had. The interviewer’s approach felt unnecessarily harsh and dismissive, which made the entire process uncomfortable. At multiple points, the interviewer asked me to drop off the call, even when I tried asking basic questions about the designation, job description, and other details.
