Even after completing deadlines and writing every day more than 4k words is also not enough. The HR will tell you the job is not complicated and after that too many salary cutting and the working atmosphere is boring and the team leader is unable to provide clear resolutions for complex files. It is a good place. It increased my knowledge in the field of computer, it also increased my vocabulary.

Firstly, I feel that the company do not want to retain their employees for a long time. Secondly, instead of giving a solution to the problem, it rather gives a threat to the employees. We are forced to obey the order because we got no option. If we do not obey the order then our salary might be affected.
