They care about resource (money) part not human. - They will change policy at anytime without any information to you. 2. - Duuumb leadership team, except a handful managers, all are just there for no reason. They dont have any idea of the things they are working. For ex dev team manager would be from IT team. - No team communication, no information sharing, Favortism. - Politics - Companies spend lots of money on designers you will get a 12k mouse even if you don't know how to use it or there is no sense in using it - made some good friends there

- work culture is very toxic - leads don't have a knowledge of design - No review/discussion for design - If you are good at managing your head, lead, and the business team then good no one cares for UX in the company - You can't take wfh for more than 1 day a week even if you are sick. - compulsory you have to come to the office daily - PM doesn't have knowledge (they don't have core PM skills that were in other positions)...Read More

Company was trying to solve something noble or atleast that’s what the PR narrative was which attracted talent. Lot of wasted potential due to mismanagement by senior leadership team.

Salaries have not been paid for months while the company’s co-founder is having a lavish destination wedding. Where are the ethics and morals? I understand there is corporate veil and it’s his personal wealth but it just doesn’t sit well. Employees have been scammed.
