They care about resource (money) part not human. - They will change policy at anytime without any information to you. 2. - Duuumb leadership team, except a handful managers, all are just there for no reason. Company was trying to solve something noble or atleast that’s what the PR narrative was which attracted talent. Lot of wasted potential due to mismanagement by senior leadership team.

Salaries have not been paid for months while the company’s co-founder is having a lavish destination wedding. Where are the ethics and morals? I understand there is corporate veil and it’s his personal wealth but it just doesn’t sit well. Employees have been scammed.
