If I'm talk about job security So its Terrible. Company police are not good. Appraisal are not fair and they not give you good salary hike.

Dislikes

There is lot of politic ans the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but careers growth is slow. On the job training is bot given to new joiners.

working environment is good Interactive Fun-friday. Resolving our query through HR connect meet or one-on-one interaction to the HR team. Different indoor playing games.

Dislikes

Salary and incentives can be better. There can be a pick-up/drop option for night shifts. Training and development for the interns can be better.

It is the best company I have worked with so far. Great working environment , Great place for learning and enhancing skills.

Due to traffic sometimes it is so difficult to reach office on time. Company should be in some other region where it is easier for me to reach.

People are supportive here. Team is structured & well processed functions. People who don't have work ethics usually write bad but that's not the truth. HR is very supporting & seniors are amazing. Work culture is light & there are so many activities done for employee engagement.

I only feel like Work from home policy can be a bit better. Rest is all fine.
