There is nothing to like, because they don't respect their employees. Simply use someone's talent and then fired the employees without any reasons.

Management is not good at all, they don't have clear vision, they simply hire and fire the employees. Company management does not trust new employees, actually they don't need employees they need the persons who provide the info what is going inside the organization, they hire one person and when they fire before that they also hirethe back up of that particular employee.
