There is a bond of 5 years. There is lot of paperwork and basically they are hiring engineers to follow the papers and get it signed by officials. WAPCOS is getting tenders of government projects just because it is PSU. After that they outsource all the work and then the role of engineers here is to check there work. You'll not design any structure here.
