Sales Manager Viplav is fooling innocent customers. One incident where a customer said she has health concerns in winters and never been in cold environment Viplav still forced her to go to Europe in peak winters during November saying you will need ‘Mumbai type clothes’ at that time in Europe and it won’t be cold at all. The customer had various problems after that and could not go on the trip. Her money was not refunded to her and they spiked the rates of the same package later on after settling on a credit note. In the back end wanderon is not doing an ethical job. They are lying to people and fooling them to get their sales targets....Read More
