Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. The best thing about this company is that there is no pressure, and people are not hovering over your head if the work is complete. There are deadlines that one has to match but they are quite reasonable. The regular parties, and freedom to express yourself is one of the best thing about the place.
