Here I didn't find any cons ,cause everyone is perfect at there place .Here we Work as well as enjoy every festival and every another day we have evening snacks ,and I will not forget morning and evening tea which is made by Our Mama ..its Awesome.HR team is very Professional in there work they are stick to there Words-The things which they promise they do ,If you do hard work you will get yours rewards in terms of Increments.
