While we appreciate that you accepted the salary at the time of joining, it’s essential to recognize that our offer reflects the industry standards and the value of the role within our organization. We strive to provide a clear understanding of our policies during the hiring process, including the contract duration and expectations. The two-year contract and associated penalties are in place to ensure commitment and stability for both the employee and the company. We have spent on you but in return we haven't received anything that is about your performance, This structure helps us manage resources effectively and maintain a dedicated workforce. As well it was cleared during the joining time and you have accepted all the terms and condition. Furthermore, a penalty for leaving the job, especially for personal reasons, is quite extreme and could create an unhealthy work environment. We understand that circumstances can change, but it’s also crucial for employees to consider these factors before accepting an offer. Our goal is to create a balanced and productive work environment, and we welcome feedback to improve our practices. We value our employees and want to ensure their success and satisfaction within the company. The way you have opted will not be helpful for you itself, instead you would have had an face to face interaction with us. Thankyou !!

At Walstar Technologies, we continuously strive to improve our work environment, ensure fair compensation, and promote work-life balance. But taking your issue in consideration all the above policies was discussed with you before your joining more than 4-5 time, whether it is regarding time or salary after you showed interest and willingness to work with us we had considered you. We never force anyone only after the candidate by himself/herself approches us to join the company then only we give them joining. From our side we had cleared our points earlier after that you had showed interest by yourself.
