Every thing. Walmart is no more remains Walmart It's Global technology services. So basically #1 product company in retail where work life balance is similar to typical service based companies. - Daily standup calls in morning and evening except Fridays and adhoc meetings. - people are remote friendly, and most of manager feels working in office is more productive than remote ( looks like no work have been done in pandemic where everyone is remote worker) - Management doesn't care about your personal growth and give some lame work who have no values outside Walmart. - if you go against management your life will be screwed, they will put vyoi on performance improvement plan in which you lose your stocks and variable. - Customer is king and for that resources life get screwed. - innovations are done by interns but credits will be taken by Senior folks and this is how promotion happened here....Read More
