Job is passion, so just working for passion.

Dislikes

Culture, Values, Manager is just a name, no choice of decision even good or bad. Policies favourable to certain people they can do anything in the name SOP where there is no stringent policy. Always go on exception. Ex. Manager need to complete work within 9 hours where not possible due to limitations of manpower and so has to work atleast 12 hours a day even in covid situation.
