frankly nothing, except they give fine amount of salary otherwise it is not a good company to work at

lot of favoritism , politics, discrimination, nothing to learn especially for testers, small company with even smaller prospects and zero vision. bad culture , hr and management are useless , you would be asked if you have any problems but nothing would be done about it. waste of time join at your own risk!!
