Good work environment & culture teammates are professional & supportive. Management are so helpful you can share your personal issues & they will help you for the recovery. There is a lot of politics & have to continue with 100% accuracy, salary is not attractive. Timing is strict but you have to complete your job 100% before leaving. Canteen facility is not available.

The job is quite interesting ! I struggle a bit in beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats & that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Work environment is good and culture of this company is good also. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, job security is secure. No salary cut in pandemic situation and they give good salary hike and bonus.

Dislikes

The management doesn't address our issues many of times. Salary is not industry level and career growth is too slow. They don't give yearly salary hike.
