People here are worst in top management. Some of collegues are good. Micro management peeks here l. You will have to report everybody. RM ASM GM Retail head everybody says different things. Ratings are given by existing employee so dont trust them You may be asked to leave even before completing 1 year.

The worst company I have ever met in my 13 years of retail experience. Higher Management & specially the HR People are worst, least responsible & highly unprofessional. This company proves that if HR Team is not good then it will sink the company images and will throw out good talented and professional staffs. The people and the work environment it used to have. one of the co-founders is good to work with. The brand does some kickass work which makes it an okay brand to be associated with

The CMO is the worst possible boss to have in any workplace and he has made life hell for everyone. The workplace has become toxic, hostile, negative, etc. the CMO passes negative comments on his team and these comments have nothing to do with work, rather, it has got to do with our personal lives and that is not okay. The management is aware of what he is doing and yet no action has been taken.

Surajit Shah is a evil and sick from his mind, he is just wasting company money,he have a insect in his mind for URBAN LADDER team, old and honest peoples removed by him and hired 3 times manpower but work is still not controlled. The Wakefit has a termite named Surajit Shah.
