No benefits, they hold passport which is illegal, deduct salary for mistakes, every month delay in salary.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer.
