Salary is average, can say not so bad. Hike is just higher than many service based companies maybe. But always single digit. Work Life Balance is good and it’s very flexible as well. No compromise with company culture too.

Learning is kind of stagnant, again that depends on the project. Hikes could be little higher. Promotions, Recognition could be a little more justified.

Don't go for a job after having B. Tech, diploma because , you can never enhance your skin because ,they will keep in production if you are going for the job as a strap then ok for Engineers otherwise don't go there for the job

The whole management works for their own increment, and increament at higher level is more in percentage than at lower level that unethical. Canteen facility is worst. Cost cutting for lower level is at its top. Politics & buttering at top level. stealing credits of lower level employee. Each time only managers get awards.

Don't Join Wabtec, Corporate Bias is at its peak here..No Department Can function on their own..Its Maybe HR, Quality or Safety - All are puppet in front of Production and GM - Production is totally exploiting.
