my work was very challenging at VVF as i have to look after micro lab, QC lab , QA activity, new product trials, handle clients and their audits, trainings. most probably I have to deal with every problem generated in quality.

My reporting boss had no experience about QC . Worst company I have ever seen. The senior management always hide increment matter from junior. Even senior received their increment but junior not. The post was not as per qualification.

Everything HR behaviour attitude, culture is weird , politics in every department. Increment process is weird and it happens it stars from April and you will get increment in the month of July and August or September.
