Devita Saraf thinks something big about herself but everyone knows how the company is, there are no maternity leaves for women and she talks about women empowerment! Rajiv Dhingra worst HR that I have ever met in my entire career of 14years.

No employee benefits(pf, Mediclaim, bonus, increment and so on) No professional work No growth Most important no increment, they will do revised salary in every 3 years with only Rs.2000 in per month which is worst thing ever. Big culprits is higher and older employees, they are been more than 30 years because of the comfertzone and scams.
