CEO doesn't respect the employee at her company. No job security. No proper management facilities. No growth. Non of the employee is supportive. Every 3-4 years there is cost cutting in the company. Almost 100 up employees were asked to put resignation on the same time. No Provident fund, no bonus, no medical claim, no paid leaves. Employee bulling each other. Company doesn't even have culture.
