As a employee I am really satisfied at VTP because at such a difficult time of covid also VTP has not laid off any employee and is also doing salary on time and is also thinking of appraisals. Apart from this I am releived and tension free as I know my job is safe and secure over here.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
