Personal mediclaim is there. You can participate in the health and wellness programs which are conducted at regular intervals. Hosts being experts from the industry, I have benefited from it. Haven’t faced much stress and pressure while working. Colleagues are kind & warm

Depending upon business requirements, our opinions don’t count as we need to perform beyond limits (sometimes to convince Indian cheap mentality customers.) Limited sources of choices and working under pressure (sarcastic environment, secret WhatsApp chats, discussions, parties bothered sometimes in a long run. Note: Some people forget umbrella after rainy season. It’s like use and throw culture. Most unprofessional company. They fire employees within one day without any notice period. Worst work environment. Does not recognize your work. Not give the leaves whenever required. If you take paid leaves, they will work on the Saturday and Sunday.no Appraisals. No job security.

The company has use less Deputy Managers who will suck the blood out of you. If you get PL (Paid Leave) they will ask you to compensate it by working on your weekly off. Appraisal is only for 1000/- to 2000/- max. Transport is not free. Salary is paid on 7 of every month. When you start asking question why etc thats it the Deputy managers will start to trouble you. Nothing in this organisation is to be liked about. All they do is fake promises all the time.

Management sucks and the owner is still blindfolded by the top management because the owner trusts him a lot. No job security as you can be asked to leave anytime as we all 72 employees were asked to leave at once. In order to retain the employees they will give you fake promises of additional incentives but after giving it for a month or two they will stop it again. DM and DGM are random people who do not have any idea how to run the business. No professionalism in the organisation.
