They can terminate you any time ,just save yourself .Many employees have lost their jobs ,they have sacked upto 80 employees in a day without any prior notice .

Dislikes

Biased management. Zero job security ,you could be terminated anytime . Unjust and unfair treatment of employees . Employees feel helpless and suffocated in this toxic environment.

Dislikes

Most unprofessional company. They fire employees within one day without any notice period. Worst work environment. Does not recognize your work. Not give the leaves whenever required. If you take paid leaves, they will work on the Saturday and Sunday.no Appraisals. No job security.

Nothing in this organisation is to be liked about. All they do is fake promises all the time.

Dislikes

Management sucks and the owner is still blindfolded by the top management because the owner trusts him a lot. No job security as you can be asked to leave anytime as we all 72 employees were asked to leave at once. In order to retain the employees they will give you fake promises of additional incentives but after giving it for a month or two they will stop it again. DM and DGM are random people who do not have any idea how to run the business. No professionalism in the organisation.
