Most unprofessional company. They fire employees within one day without any notice period. Worst work environment. Does not recognize your work. Not give the leaves whenever required. If you take paid leaves, they will work on the Saturday and Sunday.no Appraisals. No job security.

The company has use less Deputy Managers who will suck the blood out of you. If you get PL (Paid Leave) they will ask you to compensate it by working on your weekly off. Appraisal is only for 1000/- to 2000/- max. Transport is not free. Salary is paid on 7 of every month. When you start asking question why etc thats it the Deputy managers will start to trouble you. Quite content with my job role being a Senior Customer Executive. Maintaining good relationships with customers and clients, and making sure to help them with relevant resolutions over their concerns it's what I do on routine basis. Sometimes, yes, it does feel monotonous to work, but that's what the process is all about. There are challenges that keep things interesting through.
