Security: Poor, Worst HR: Poor, Worst – They are not responding your words like @Praveen Kumar & Finance : You can’t clime the travel allowance and advance amount easily even CEO, CFO & MD approve, they ask so much of unwanted details, Day to day they change his procedure by oral @Shakila & Kavitha. Procurement & Sourcing: Always they deal with supplier and get the commission with his to give the order to him and doing worst behaviors especially @Guru Prasad R Quality : They don’t know to read the drawing, Process, Nature of process, Inspection but they recruited for rejecting the part, Even don’t have a responsibility to pick the material from Stores, They are work like Very worst lazy peoples. One more guy he is mad like anything, he is think he is the only person to know everything @VinothKumar & Karthikeyan. Safety: They are always smiling face but you can’t observe he is the most dangerous culprit and worst person in company @Sujith Natarajan. R&D: These people copycat, don’t know the analysis, DFMEA process and what going to happen if we change the material dimension and tolerance they simply work like a mad. Stores: They are don’t know why they working here, what purpose company recruiting him. Production: They are always blaming everybody. From this I’m coming to know nobody is there for a reason, they all are there for a reason of company need people not about knowledge, Humanity and Handwork with knowledge. If you are from Noth-india you can survive because now a days the location wise employees are tamilnadu – 1%, North India - 50% & Others (Kerala, Karnataka & Andra) – 49%. Im not going to recommend VST. Please anybody change this VST culture to become a good company...Read More
