Apart from these, the work atmosphere is very toxic, mainly due to higher management. Managers only care about getting work done - weather its on a weekday or weekend or even holidays. One week they say provide support; the next week, they don't acknowledge eit and instead claim that we are not supporting enough. Most of the time, they ask employees to work on weekends and holidays. They also change they holiday calendar as per their convenience - if indian holidays more, they folllow USA calendar; if the USA holidays more they will follow indian holidays the end goal is there to take work in 24 hour and 365 days in less pay based on saying business requirments. Its completely rediculous. The managment treats employees like machines, we work 10-11 hours daily without any extra incentives, unless somone explicitly demands it. On weekend they supposed to provided incentive, but we have our personal lives too. Some managers create a toxic work environment. They CEO give motivation speeches in every month AHM but even he don't know or may he know what the managers doing at ground level, They commit anything to client as do not have resources to work but they used to take more work by saying will have resource by overburden the current employees by taking 10-12 hour work from each employees. Some managers speak disrespectfully, treating employees as if they are servants. They expect everyone to blindly follow their instructions, even if they are unreasonable. Managers will force to employee doing anything apart from work will ask to focus on unwanted stuff that is also they just want to show to CEO as they working how much hard. In reality lower-level employees are the ones who do all the hard work and deserve better incentives and salary hikes. But instead top-level managers take the credit and benefits from the efforts of their team. Even the operational managers behave the same way. He/She used to say to managers everyone getting incentive then why not working but it is not about incentives it is about employee health if person working every day 10 hours how they can expect to work in week off. It is ridiculous. Got frustrated and left company becoz they don't care, no matter how hard you work , In the end, all the credit goes to higher-level toxic managers, while employees are left nothing but stress and health issues. If we needed leave then also they wont even there is our own leave if we planned leave in that also they will do drama to apprve. Even we will say we are not well then also they wont trust as per them person will not get fever 365 days and no other health issue even for 1 day need to submit proof really this is like unprofessional company. Final Verdict: If your value your mental and physical well-being, stay away from this company, it does not care about its employees, only about squeezing as much work out of them as possible. HR team also will not do anything if will complaint they will simply ignore it. People only can do work here who is in higher level if they have skills to get work in week off holidays, more than 10 hours that is most of the people left company. Still this company is not getting realise if same it will go then there is no future of the company as they ill loose people and company is going to shutdown just becoz of these toxic managers. Nothing to like, there is no proper timings to the job they will just assign you work and tell you to complete. Their timings are not at all relevant to the work they assign you they will tell they assigned you work for 9 hours which will actually takes 10 - 12 hours. When you start complaining about their flaws they will just keep you shifting from one team to another. No work ethics at all.

I would rate this company 0 out of 5, and that’s only because the salary is credited on time and there is a minimal yearly hike. Beyond that, the work environment has become toxic, primarily due to poor management. Managers overburden employees, expecting them to work on weekends and holidays without proper incentives. They frequently change holiday calendars for their convenience and treat employees like machines, making them work 10-11 hours daily without extra pay. The CEO’s motivational speeches mean nothing because commitments to clients are made without proper resources, leaving employees to bear the pressure. Managers favor those who blindly agree with them, focusing more on spreadsheets and status updates rather than actual work. The real hard work is done by lower-level employees, but top-level managers take all the credit. Even operational managers force employees to work long hours and weekends due to poor resource management. Many employees quit due to the toxic culture. Taking leave is a struggle, and even if someone is sick, they are still expected to work. To make things worse, management tolerates unethical behavior. A manager involved in a scam-like situation was allowed to continue working with an even worse attitude instead of facing consequences.
