I was in support team on client site. In the beginning you got to learn if you are a fresher, all the core team members are open to teach you and support, but you cant work more than 1 year here. I will not say much about work culture but it is bad. Management doesn't care about you the only benefit we get is from client's end. Compa ny policies are not very beneficial for employees....Read More
