I was giving the interview for a developer role. however I was having less interest in development field. I openly told them and they took it very positively and hired me as project manager. It's all about the first opportunity and to start a career in IT field and many companies doesn't hire freshers. Vsky solution gave me the opportunity and I started my journey. The owner himself takes the initiative and encourage their employees to learn the basics English so they can directly communicate with US clients. Based on some critical clients, sometimes enviornment gets heated up. Working hours may extends based on requirements

I started as a fresher in the organization and worked for 2.5 years, it was a good learning experience. As a beginner, you get a platform to learn and start your career with lots of exposure. Being a US-based company you get well acquainted with overseas customers; if you are in a customer-facing role like a project manager. Senior management helps you in this learning process from the very basics. My team lead was very supportive and helpful. You need to be very determined and patient during the learning process.
