There isn't a single good thing about this company. It's the worst organization I have ever worked for. The company lacks a proper hierarchy, and there's absolutely no work-life balance. The managers are incompetent, providing little to no guidance or support. Career growth here is non-existent, and don't expect any salary hikes either. You may be hired for one role, but soon you'll find yourself forced into tasks that have nothing to do with your job description. It's chaotic and frustrating.
