Illiterate and terrible not at all supportive staff. HR is so eccentric and abusive behaviour if you highlight this concern to higher management the give you show cause and threaten the employees for the termination to ruin careers.

Everything not adhere any kind of law. HR is so weird only supported to their management staff, not at all supporting to employees.

I am ex-employee of Vserv Infosystem Pvt. Ltd. Very bad management on this company. They didn't have any projects in Mumbai locations. No job security. Company HR and Regional Manager very arrogant and they both not answering phone calls or not replying on you messages also. Mr. Rajeev Jha he is the regional manager and he threatened employees to resign if he not have projects. I am not recommended to anyone join this organisations. Vserv Infosystem office is in Noida. No mumbai office. If the project will end with client Vserv management sent termination mail directly without any 1-2 months notice. Same they do with me. They layoff me in 20 days....Read More

I was working in this company for 2.9yrs with full honestly but when project is over(company lose the project where I was working) they taken resignation said project is over and we don't have any project right now so you need to resign.. there is no job security
