I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. Nothing as such. Too much politics and work pressure.

Dislikes

Toxic work culture. Rude & abusive behaviour of founder/senior partners. Late sitting. Salary deductions without proper reasoning. Conveyance not paid. Forcing to do other people's work. No growth and learning, a lot of mental harassment.
