Why "Anonymous"? I won't go for a counter-statement, that I leave for the others to adjudge and comment. I guess I know who you are. So, shall we also put forward your worksheet and performance review here for the past 15 months? I want to ask everyone reading this review one simple question: what would you do if someone has only 06 billable hours against his name for 15 months? What would you do if the individual is not able to deliver anything without 90% support? I want to tell you our Philosophy here: We give that person full salary which is being constantly earned by someone else! Someone, who really works hard to ensure that such people get an opportunity to evolve and overcome their limitations. "We see good in everything" Is there anyone (ex-employees, even disgruntled ones) who can say that we were biased towards him/her in context to the above statement? Well, it is tough sometimes when one/few people are working very hard in order to sustain a big system which encourages youngsters to grow despite of their constant failures. I hope someone here will understand the challenges the company faces, since we are not just a "profit making business". As for the mentioned salary deductions by the reviewer, I want to again ask bluntly: Please reply back publicly here which part of it was not explained and not given in writing upon your salary slip. I hope even you will understand and agree that a company cannot give you something in writing, if it would be off the books. Vrisini is and has always been a place for young minds to make something of themselves. Unfortunately, not many in "Bengal" share that vision and passion. Most youngsters here don't want to work hard for themselves. They have been pampered and spoilt into believing that "there is always a shorter way to success". Well, good luck with it!!

Wow! How many days were you with the company? Like "3"?!? So, in 3 days you were able to judge the company. Must have done this several times before, isn't it? Else, how do you have that confidence and experience? You should have also mentioned your story here. You joined us, then got an offer letter from Cognizent and quit within 3 days. Though you had a 1 yr contract with us, we let you go because we did not want to come in the way of your future. Then, you have the audacity to come here and post such a review. Considering that we have very few disgruntled ex-employees, it is easy to identify them, didn't you consider that we would know who you were despite of the "Anonymocity"? ;)
