The people at this company are amiable and supportive. They care and respect your work and time.

Dislikes

The top-level management people are less supportive and very hard nut to crack. There is a lack of planning from their end in terms of how to handle talents and their efforts.

Everything actually. I have been working here for more than a year and the team and culture is exceptional. All they care about is getting the job done. They also ensure your career is growing internally and being competitive with the market.

Sometimes we have to balance multiple projects. But that is something pretty manageable. It also gives a good learning platform.

The now excited person who hired me was very understanding, supportive and open to new ideas.

Dislikes

The new leadership is incompetent, no benefits even after working for a year with not a single holiday, no work-life balance, exploitive practices, incompetent accounting staff, no acknowledgment even after meeting goals, professional jealousy rampant, no understanding of the basic needs of people. Complete lack of respect towards professionals who know their work in depth.
