V.R construction is private registered company. It takes a contract around 2-3 cr, sometime than it. Working of the company was good n i was learning at that time because it was my first job. basically residential building n row houses work was doing on that time.

Dislikes

Timing wad not fix, because total staff was less. so everytime we had to prepared for work. some times overnight work was also done. salary was not high, job security less because they had less no of project.

Work Details

My project was residential projects. colony was constructing for engineer. overall supervision n execution work was my responsibility. 2-3 supervisor was in my under. material management and sometime leveling worked also done my be.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.
