you can learn the whole work and develop your skills by your own by interacting with the workers who have experience in work but who are not educated. Really, i am glad to have such teachers like them. Politics, it's the most irritating word to hear. Mostly the people with political and spying nature can survive in the company than the workaholics and aspirants, without any useful works.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
