We’re sorry to hear that you had a negative experience as we take all feedback seriously. We understand how challenging it can be when working in an unsatisfactory work environment but you can rest assured that our company always keeps the employee well-being as one of our top priorities. You mentioned Alternate Saturday Off in your review?? This is never in our policies for our employees. Our all saturdays are off (until we plan for a great outing during weekend.) Coming to the point you raised about an unhealthy work environment, we always strive to make our offices where all employees can thrive and grow without any discrimination. Regarding salaries we never delayed it even during pandemic period too. We take employee feedback very seriously and are committed to creating a better working environment for all our team members. I am sure that there must have been a misunderstanding between us because what you are saying in your review is something that has never happened to any one of our employers. We have been operating in this industry for more than a four years and we haven’t received feedback this negative in all these years. It’s a shame we never had the opportunity to connect when you were here. As is the case with everyone at Volyo, either myself, a Lead or Director or any folks are here for our team and having these kinds of meaningful conversations.
