Company structure and company culture

Except their structure I don't think think anything good is there. They need to grow and hire some good leader to train people and work with them. Not like who ever stays long they are senior without having brain. In short they r frog in weel. Didn't see out side world.

No work life balance, no appraisal, poor management. They don't know how to treat and respect employee. There's no smooth relieving and people will treat you with no respect if you resigned. Lot of politics, especially during appraisal. Hardworking employees are not welcomed, it's for the one who is ready to praise their managers not matter what the situation is.
